It is essential for "La Sirupeuse" to use fruits from our regions. We select them and pick them up directly from the producer when possible.
The fruits are picked when fully ripe in order to make maximum use of the natural sugar produced by them.
The fruits come from Organic Farming.

from cauldron to bottle...

We macerate our fruit purée and the spices or herbs in a copper cauldron so that the syrup develops a unique and subtle taste. From start to finish, our recipes never come into contact with plastic containers.
Once macerated, we add organic sugar produced in Switzerland and heat the cauldron for a long time. All our syrups are free of colorings and preservatives.


Once filtered, we fill and stick the labels on our glass bottles by hand.
