VERMOUTH

A "Worm" what?

Yes ! a Vermouth. This wine-based aperitif in which plants are macerated and to which a little grape alcohol is added...

But why a Vermouth?

To promote local wine in an original way and because it was obvious to combine the forces of our Neuchâtel terroir.

Although very present in Latin countries, Vermouth takes its name from the German "Wermut" which means "Absinthe".

A collaboration ?

A recipe designed and developed by the Distillerie La Malicieuse, an organic wine from theMontmollin area& a label designed byDada Swiss Wine.

Modulator?

Highlighting Swiss creativity, here is the Dada Le Vin Suisse Challenge.

The La Malicieux distillery located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, a nod to the "Corbusier" (famous architect) and his measuring system:"The Modulator". A portmanteau between "Modules" & "Golden number"... It corresponds to the addition of different modules to arrive at the golden number and thus offer a perfect harmony to the inhabitants of the housing he designed.

With our different ingredients added one after the other, we offer you an aromatic wine, round in the mouth and perfectly balanced.
